المشكلات الاجتماعية والقانونية في المؤسسات الإعلامية في مجال الصحافة 2016-2020م

 تتمثل الأهداف الرئيسية لهذهالدراسة في التعرف على المشكلات الاجتماعية والمهنية والقانونية التي تواجه المرأةالإعلامية في مجال الصحافة. ويهدف أيضًا إلى تحديد أسباب هذه المشكلات بمحاولة تقديم اقتراحاتوتوصيات للمساعدة في حل جزء على الأقل من هذه المشكلات.

    وبالتالي ، تم تصميم أداتينلأداء أهداف هذه الدراسة.

1-تم توزيع مسح على عينات النساء العاملات في المجال الإعلامي لأداء أهداف هذهالدراسة.

  2- أجريت المقابلاتوجهاً لوجه مع أشخاص ذوي خبرة في مجال المعلومات لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة.

    كشفت نتائج هذه الدراسة أنثقافة مدينة عدن (السلام ، الحب بين أفراد مجتمع عدن) قد تغيرت واستبدلت بثقافةالسلاح والأنشطة غير المشروعة. كما عادت النظرة التقليدية ضد المرأة ولم تسمح لها بمواصلة الدراسةأو العمل في بعض الوظائف كالإعلام والصحافة. علاوة على ذلك ، فإن كل هذه الظروف لمتؤثر فقط على وضع المرأة الإعلامية ، بل أثرت أيضًا على النساء الصحفيات ، وانعكسذلك على عملهن وأجبر بعضهن على العمل من مكاتبهن لتجنب خطر هذه الظروف التي قدتكون أضرت بهن.

      بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، عانتالنساء المعلوماتية ليس فقط من دخلهن المنخفض ، ولكن أيضًا لم يأخذ أحد فيالاعتبار إنتاجهن الأدبي.

      باختصار ، يجب على قادةالمؤسسات الإعلامية ووزارة الإعلام بذل جهود لتحسين الوضع المالي للمرأة الإعلامية على أساس إطار الدفع ، ويجب أنيكون متناسبًا مع موقعهن في العمل.

 

   Themajor objectives of this study are to know the social, professional, and legalproblems which faced the informational women in the field of journalism. Itaims also to define the reasons for these problems trying to give suggestionsand recommendations to help solving at least a part of these problems.

    Thus, two instruments aredesigned to perform the aims of this study.

1.    ASurvey was distributed to the samples of working women in the media field toperform the aims of this study.

2.    Face-to-face interviews with experienced informational people were made to achieve theaims of this study.

    The finding of this studyrevealed that the culture of Aden city ( peace, love between the members ofAden society) were changed and replaced to weapon and illegal activitiesculture. Moreover, the traditional view against the women came back and it didnot allow them to continue their study or work in some jobs such as media andjournalism fields. Furthermore, all of these circumstances affected not onlythe position of the informational women, but also newspaper women and thesereflected on their work and forced some of them to work from their officeavoiding the danger of these circumstances that may have damaged them.

      In addition, theinformational women suffered not only from their low- incomes, but also no onegave a consideration to their literary production.

      To sum up, the leadersof informational organizations and the ministry of informational should makeeffort to improve the financial position of the informational women based on aframework of payment and it should be proportional to their position in thework.
