أثر برنامج التدريب في المنظمات الدولية على التنمية المجتمعية  من منظور النوع الاجتماعي

هدفت الدراسة إلىتوضيح أهمية التدريب وتوضيح الدور الذي تقوم به المنظمات الدولية في تدعيم البرامجالمجتمعية عن طريق الدورات التدريبية التي تقدمها والتي تقوم على النوع الاجتماعي.

وقد توصلت الدراسةإلى العديد من النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات التي من المرجو أن تفيد مجال البحثوالدراسات المستقبلية عنه، ومنها وجود ضعف في الموافقة الخاصة بمستوى التنميةالمجتمعية على مستوى المجتمع من قبل المنظمات الدولية، كما يوجد ضعف في مجال حجمالإزدياد في المشاريع في جميع القطاعات الاقتصادية، وضعف ببرامج التدريب في مجالبرامج الرعاية الاجتماعية والنفسية والإرشادية والثقافية، وجود ضعف أيضا في مجالوجود دورات خاصة للنساء بالإضافة إلى وجود ضعف كبير في استمرار التمويل لمشاريعالنساء من قبل المنظمات الدولية.

 ووجود موافقة متوسطةعن البرامج التدريبية المقدمة من المنظمات المجتمعية في الجمهورية اليمنية وأن هذهالمنظمات تقوم باستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة مواكبة للعصر غيرها من النتائج.

وقد أوصت الدراسةبضرورة عقد دورات خاصة في المنظمات الدولية في مجال التنمية المجتمعية، وعقدنقاشات عن أسباب ضعفها بالنسبة للمجتمع، وعقد ورش عمل لأسباب ضعف تمويل مشاريعالنساء، عمل آلية معينة لمتابعة أثر التدريب، كما أوصت بضرورة تواصل المنظماتبالجهات المختصة لأجل رفع مستوى التنمية المجتمعية.

كما اقترحت الدراسةالقيام بإجراء دراسات أخرى في محافظات يمنية أخرى غير مكان الدراسة الحالية ( عدن) ، والقيام بإجراء دراسة في المشكلات والصعوبات التي تواجه برامج المنظماتالدولية في تطوير وتحسين المجتمع من المنظور الاجتماعي، وإجراء دراسة لمعرفة مدىمواكبة برامج وخطط هذه المنظمات الدولية في تطوير وتحسين المجتمع من المنظورالاجتماعي  في محافظة (عدن).

Abstract

The aim of this study was to clarify the importance of training andto clarify the role played by international organizations in strengtheningcommunity programs through their gender-based training courses.

The study has revealed many conclusions, recommendations andsuggestions that are expected to benefit the field of research and futurestudies, including the existence of weakness in the approval of the level ofcommunity development at the community level by international organizations,and there is weakness in the area of the projects’ enhancement in all economicsectors. In addition, there are weaknesses in the existence of special coursesfor women, and a significant weakness in the continuation of funding forwomen's projects by international organizations.

The presence of an average approval of training programs providedby community organizations in the Republic of Yemen and that theseorganizations are using modern technology to keep pace with the times of otherresults.

The study recommended the need to hold special courses ininternational organizations in the field of community development, and to holddiscussions on the causes of their vulnerability to the community, and theholding of workshops for reasons of poor funding of women's projects, andimplementing a specific mechanism to follow up the impact of training.

Moreover, the study recommended that organizations should contactthe competent authorities in order to raise the level of community development.

The study also suggested conducting other studies in Yemenigovernorates other than the current study place (Aden) and conducting acomparative study on the role of training programs offered by internationalorganizations in developing and improving society from a gender perspective inthree or four Yemeni governorates, and conducting a study on problems anddifficulties. Facing the programs of international organizations in thedevelopment and improvement of society from a social perspective, and conduct astudy to see the extent of keeping up with the programs and plans of theseinternational organizations in the development and calculation of society froma social perspective in the governorate (Aden).
