واقع عمل المرأة وعلاقته بسوق العمل دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر النوع الاجتماعي (مدينة عدن نموذجاً )

ملخص الدراسة 

تعد قضية عمل المرأة في مختلف مجالات الحياه ، قضية مجتمعية غايه في الضرورة والاهمية ،حيث نجد ان هناك بنية ثقافية واجتماعية هي التي تحد من دور المرأة خاصة بما يتعلق بسوق العمل . 

وفي مجتمعنا اليمني أصبح الاهتمام بقضايا المرأة ولاسيما المرأة العاملة أمراً يشغل الكثير من الباحثين لأجل تحقيق مبدأ إدماج المرأة ومشاركتها في الحياه العامة المجتمع، ونظرا لما تعانيه المرأة العاملة من تدني مستوى الوعي الكافي بأهمية عملها، ودورها الحقيقي في عملية التنمية بأنواعها 

 وتتمثل اشكالية الدراسة بالتساؤل الرئيسِ :ما واقع عمل المرأة في سوق العمل ؟ ومن هذا المنطلق تتجلى أهمية الدراسة في إبراز واقع المرأة العاملة في سوق العمل لأجل الوصول إلى حلول جادة حول الكثير من المتغيرات التي ناقشت مشاكل المرأة العاملة وتطلعاتها المستقبلية والأسباب والدوافع وراء خروجها للعمل .

بينما تتمثل اهم اهداف الدراسة بالكشف عن الأسباب والدوافع المؤدية لخروج المرأة للعمل، وطبيعة المشكلات والعوائق التي تواجهها العاملات اليمنيات في سوق العمل .

فقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي والاستنباطي ،بالإضافة الى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف وعرض وتحليل هذه الظاهرة، واداة الاستبيان الموزع على عينة حجمها (100) عامل وعاملة، كون الدراسة من منظور النوع الاجتماعي .

وفي هذا السياق فان اهم نتائج الدراسة تتمثل في وجود نسبة عالية من العاملات المتزوجات، وهذا يشير إلى أمر مهم يتمثل في وعي المجتمع اليمني وتقبله بأهمية عمل المرأة ودورها في المشاركة مع الرجل (الزوج)، ومساهمتها في بناء الأسرة ورفع مستواها الاقتصادي ،لاسيما وان المراءة اليمنية تشارك الرجل منذ القدم في الاعمال التقليدية خارج البيت، كالعمل في الزراعة وتربية الماشية وصناعة الفخار وغيرها من الاعمال والمهن، بالإضافة إلى وجود تقبل مجتمعي لهذه المشاركة ، بل أن الثقافة الشعبية تحث المراءة على المساهمة في العمل والإنتاج، وتمثل قيمة اجتماعية مرغوبة بها، كون معظم العاملات من حملة الشهادات الجامعية ،فقد تمثلت أهم الدوافع والأسباب المؤدية لخروج المرأة للعمل في المساهمة بعملية التنمية المجتمعية ،وتحسين دخل الأسرة بالدرجة الأولي، كونه حقق الكثير من التحسن في أوضاعهن الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية وزادهن خبرة ودراية وثقة بالنفس ، في ظل أوضاع معيشية صعبه وتزايد احتياجات الأسرة.  

أما بالنسبة للمشكلات والعوائق التي تواجه المرأة العاملة في سوق العمل ،تمثلت في قلة توليها مناصب قيادية في العمل، حيث أن معظم تلك المناصب تمنح للرجل، بالإضافة الى عمليات التدريب والتأهيل التي يحتل فيها الرجل النصيب الأكبر.

The issue of women's work in various areas of life is a community issue that is necessary and important ,In general, we find that there is a cultural and social structure that limits the role of women, especially in relation to the labor market.

In our Yemeni society we find that attention to women's issues, especially working women, has become a matter of concern for many researchers in order to realize the principle of the integration of women and their participation in the public life of society, and in view of the working woman suffers from low awareness of the importance of her work and its real role in the development process of all kinds.

 The problem of the study is an important central question and what is the reality of women's work in the labor market? In this context, the importance of the study is reflected in the scientific contribution to highlight the reality of working women in the labor market to reach serious solutions on many variables that discuss the problems of working women and their future aspirations and the reasons and motives behind their exit to work.

The main objectives of the study are to reveal the reasons and motives for the exit of women to work and the nature of the problems and obstacles faced by Yemeni workers in the labor market.

The researcher used the analytical descriptive method to describe, present and analyze this phenomenon, and the questionnaire distributed to a sample of 100 workers working from the gender perspective.

In this context, the most important results of the study, we find that the largest proportion of female workers in the sample are married and this indicates that it is important that our Yemeni society seemed to accept and aware of the importance of the work of women and their role in the participation of the husband (husband), and its contribution to the construction of the family and raise its economic level, The Yemeni woman has been involved in traditional works outside the home, such as working in agriculture, raising cattle, pottery and other works and professions, and there is acceptance of this participation by the community, but the popular culture urges the woman to contribute to the work and production. Most of the university degree holders, by confirming the approval of the sample of the reasons and motives for the exit of women to work at a high level, represented the most important motives and reasons contributing to the process of community development and improve the income of the family primarily followed by other economic motives.

With the neutral members of the sample on the problems and obstacles faced by women working in the labor market as it has achieved a lot of improvement in their economic and social situation and increased experience, know-how and self-confidence, in difficult living conditions and increasing needs of the family.

The researcher recommends conducting more surveys to identify the needs of the labor market and the trends of women, and to understand the reality of their participation in the labor market and identify the difficulties they face.
